By accessing and using Liber D'or (a trademark of Gayl Systems), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the application.

2. Description of Service

Liber D'or is an automated typesetting and content generation engine. We process user-provided media (text, audio, video URLs) to format and generate structured documents. We claim no ownership over the raw intellectual property you input into the system.

3. Intellectual Property and Commercial Use

Users on paid tiers retain full commercial rights to the documents generated by the engine. Liber D'or assumes no liability for the factual accuracy, copyright status, or legal standing of the generated content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the source material.

4. Payments and Refunds

All transactions are processed securely. Due to the immediate, non-recoverable computational costs associated with AI generation and processing, all purchases, single-project fees, and subscription charges are strictly non-refundable.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
